I obviously don’t have my hair fixed. I still need to:
-Finish the collar on the top
-Work on the ripped edges some more
-Repaint the armbands
-Cut the rips on the back
-Take in the boot covers at the ankle a little more
-Paint the boot covers (her boot covers seem a little darker the rest of the costume, and also all the straps and places on the boot covers don’t show up at all, so I’m going to add a few shadows in with paint so they show up better).
I’m quite pleased with the fabric I found. It’s *not* white, definitely off white, very close to the actual colour of the costume (it’s so washed out in these pics…). I was worried about it rolling in the torn places, but it’s not… rather, it’s not fraying much at all and looks quite clean, lol. I’m also going to add a few blood spots on the back, around the rips, just because I want to.
When I wear it next weekend I’m also going to have the scratches. So I’ll have good pics next weekend.
